In this academy you will learn how to adopt, adapt or add leadership best practices in the evaluation process for supporting teachers in your earliest grades. Participants will be supported in the use of a step-by step early learning teacher evaluation process that is based upon the Danielson Framework for Teaching.  The Framework will be brought
to life through the use of Illinois classroom-based authentic and high leverage early learning teaching videos and artifacts.
